Terms & Conditions – A.N Motors Auto Service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by A.N Motors Auto Service, located at 141A Cathedral Road, Armagh, Northern Ireland. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer general vehicle repairs, servicing, engine & gearbox replacements, diagnostics, MOT preparation, timing belt/chain replacements, brake services, and recovery services.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All prices are provided on a “from £” basis and may vary depending on the vehicle type and the work required.
  
  

• Written or verbal estimates are valid for 14 days.
  
  

• If additional work is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  
  

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made via phone, email, or in person.
  
  

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
  
  

• Missed appointments may be subject to a charge.
  
  

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on collection of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

• We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
  
  

• Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.
  
  

5. Recovery Services

• Recovery charges are based on mileage and time of day (out-of-hours may carry a surcharge).
  
  

• Vehicles must be collected or onward transport arranged promptly after recovery.
  
  

• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  
  

6. Parts & Warranty

• New parts supplied and fitted by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  
  

• Second-hand or customer-supplied parts are fitted at the customer’s own risk and are not covered by warranty.
  
  

• Labour is guaranteed for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  
  

7. Liability

• While we take every care with your vehicle, A.N Motors Auto Service will not be held responsible for:
  
  

  • Pre-existing faults or damage
    
    

  • Loss of valuables left inside the vehicle
    
    

  • Delays caused by parts suppliers or unforeseen circumstances
    
    

8. MOT Preparation

• We provide MOT checks and repairs but are not responsible for the official MOT test outcome, which is carried out by government test centres.
  
  

9. Website & Privacy

• By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
  
  

• We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
